Fab Hotel with a Beatles Vibe!
simple process friendly staff clean room comfortable bed
I found the check-in process simple and the staff friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and include great facilities. My room was very spacious, very warm and the beds are very comfortable. I found it easy to use the shower to get the right temperature.
The breakfast could have been better. I feel like there could have been more options.

The hotel offers complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. A Tesco supermarket sits right next to the building, awesome for convenient access to necessities. You can find also a car park just behind the hotel.

I was pleased to find the breakfast choice was fresh and varied. A continental breakfast is provided with a wide range of options. There were ample cups for coffee and tea available .

The location is AMAZING!!! The hotel offers easy access to attractions. It's a short walk to the dockslands. Many cool pubs can be found in the Cavern Quarter, just a 5-minute walk away.

ticket-shaped door signs airplane wallpaper beatlemania photo cold air extra duvet different room
The beatles-themed decor charmed me! my room, on the ticket to ride floor, had ticket-shaped door signs. the airplane wallpaper and beatlemania photo were good. the bathroom was a pod i stepped up into. It was like a spaceship and was fun though the bathroom sink was tiny!
my heating unit didn't work, and i was very cold. i reported it, and staff gave me an extra duvet, but they did not offer a different room. the unit wasn't fixed, so i was ok in bed but cold when getting changed! the staff could have been more accomodating.

cold water plastic bathroom
the breakfast was alright i suppose.
the shower temperature was a joke it was practically freezing. also, the plastic bathroom reminded me of i was showering in a cheap caravan i really felt shortchanged. i expected a bit more for what i paid, and i doubt i would return.

friendly staff easy communication good value faulty air con small room missing pillows
the staff was super friendly and helpful i loved how well organised everything seemed plus the communication was really easy too checking in was so smooth i had everything i needed and felt it was good value. the location was great. i felt very secure.
the air con did not work. i could not open the windows even though there were safety locks in place. the room was small even though i selected a premium room and there were only two pillows
